> Findr. is a luxury real estate agency based in Monte-Carlo, Monaco, offering property sales, rentals, acquisitions, and full property management. Built on over 50 years of history — originally founded as Interalia in 1974 — the agency serves local residents and international investors looking for a personal, discreet, and knowledgeable partner in one of the world's most exclusive property markets.

Findr. is led by Alex Romano Faraldi, who has been working in Monaco real estate since 2009, and Jérémy Van den Eynde, a lawyer with backgrounds in contract law, financial law (King's College London), and private equity, who co-founded Findr. in 2023. Together, they handle sales, rentals, acquisitions, investment advisory, and property management. They also connect clients with a wider network of private bankers, legal advisors, architects, and interior designers.
